Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. We are temporarily suspending product returns at this time due to COVID-19.You can view our return/exchange policy here.

 

Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?

Because we want to ensure every small detail is perfect, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times. Once items have been shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping will be offered at checkout if your shipping address is eligible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

*Production time changes depending on the amount of orders in queue. Production time posted at the top of the FAQ page* Once items have been shipped we will provide a tracking number via email. Standard ground shipping orders arrive within 3-10 business days. Delays may occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues outside of our control.*Stickers are shipped via an envelope and stamp. For this reason, stickers with free shipping will not have a tracking number. Once the sticker order has been marked as shipped and dropped off with the carrier, we are no longer liable for the envelope/package. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I track my order progress?

Once item(s) have been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. If you would like to get the current status of an order please email us.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. What do I do?

Contact us as soon as you find out. Once the item(s) have been shipped, we are unable to stop shipment to incorrect address.

My order says it was undeliverable?

Double check your address was entered in properly. Please contact us so we can sort out any issues. We want to ensure your receive your order promptly!

How are items shipped?

Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

I am missing items from my order. What can I do?

Contact Us. We want to ensure you receive all of your items.

My tracking number is saying "label printed" only.

Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS/UPS to scan you package and prepare it for shipping.

I didn't receive my confirmation email?

Please check your promotional and spam folders in your email. Confirmation emails can be redirected there unintentionally. Otherwise, please Contact Us and we can assist further.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which incur once a shipment reaches your country. Please note that Cynba Studios LLC does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. The general amount for duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. For more information, please contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please note on rare occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Foreign Transaction Fees

We do not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not under the control of Cynba Studios. We are based out of the United States and our ‘home’ currency of US dollars will show up on the final receipt. International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.

 

Cancellations
Am I able to cancel my order?

We are able to cancel an order if it has not been processed. We make each of our items by hand. Once your order is in process, you may not cancel the order. All sales are final. You may contact us at customercare@cynbastudios.com for further assistance.
